1.Confucianism (儒家)

Confucianism focuses on relationships, ethics, and becoming a good person through kindness, responsibility, and respect. It teaches that harmony starts from small everyday actions — how we treat family, friends, and ourselves.

  • Ren: compassion

  • Li: proper behavior

  • Xiao: care for family

A gentle thought:
“Becoming a better person is a slow practice, not a perfect goal.”

2.Daoism(道家 / Taoism)

Daoism teaches us to live naturally, softly, and with flow. Instead of forcing life, we move with it. Instead of controlling, we release. It’s about simplicity, peace, and trusting the rhythm of the world.

  • Dao: “the Way”

  • Wu wei: effortless action

  • Simplicity & softness

A gentle thought:
“Soft things can be powerful too.”

3. Zen Buddhism(禅宗)

Zen invites us to see life clearly by returning to the present moment. Instead of overthinking, Zen focuses on awareness, simplicity, and direct experience.

  • Meditation

  • Awareness

  • Letting go of busy thoughts

A gentle thought:
“When the mind becomes quiet, the heart becomes light.”

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
